Hi, I am Dr. Aishwarya Jaideep (PT), a licensed physiotherapist with a master's degree in orthopedic conditions and musculoskeletal sciences. I am also a strength-conditioning specialist and kinesiologist, with a fellowship degree in cupping and dry needling therapy.
My approach goes beyond the physical aspect of pain. I focus on a holistic approach, addressing nutrition and the roots of stress as well, to ensure there are no crumbs left behind towards recovery.
Whether it is post-surgery rehab, chronic pain management, or enhancing athletic performance and recovery, my goal is simple: to help patients walk out pain-free and stronger than before.
