Premenstrual Syndrome (PMS) or Menstrual Syndrome is a common condition characterized by abdominal pain, lower back pain, mood swings, fatigue, and muscle tension during the menstrual cycle. Physiotherapy aims to relieve pain, relax muscles, and help maintain normal daily activities.
